Firefox uses Enhanced Tracking Protection technology to block most trackers on sites. You can find this setting under “Privacy and Security”, and you can set it to different levels. The Firefox Better Web with Scroll extension will manage this setting for you, or you can manually set it to Custom or Strict.

For Scroll to work properly in "Strict", you need to allow static.scroll.com and connect.scroll.com under "Manage Exceptions".

Go to your Firefox Preferences, "Privacy and Security", scroll down to "Cookies and Site Data", and click "Manage Exceptions", then add:

static.scroll.com
and
connect.scroll.com

If you're using the Firefox Better Web With Scroll extension, and you're sure you want to remove it, you can find the instructions here.
